FAQs

  • This British tradition dates to the early 1840s. Afternoon Tea is served in three courses on a tiered stand along with a pot (or two) of tea. The menu is composed of small, bite-sized savory tea sandwiches to be eaten with your fingers, not with a knife and fork. Warm scones are served with clotted cream or Devonshire Cream and jam. Finally, the sweets are an assortment of mini decadent desserts.

  • Tea sandwiches, delectable scones, and desserts are the hallmark of an Afternoon Tea. A High Tea, however, is served in the early evening hours and includes more substantive fare, such as meat, fish, and egg dishes.
